Hawkesbridge partners with family businesses with an enterprise value of less than $50 million to grow, corporatise and prepare them for ultimate sale. Hawkesbridge is currently investing our third private equity fund. This fund has $83 million committed from four Australian domestic superannuation funds. The fund's investment criteria is to invest $5 million to $15 million in Australian businesses generating between $2 million and $10 million in EBITDA.
Hawkesbridge provides both debt and equity capital to real estate projects across Australia. Hawkesbridge is currently investing through its Real Estate Debt Fund 1 which had a first close in May 2013. The fund's investment criteria is to invest $1 million to $5 million in senior and mezzanine loan funds in property related transactions.
