As an Investment Director, Brendan is responsible for deal origination and screening; transaction execution (including managing external advisors during the due diligence process); managing and monitoring the investment portfolio and managing the exit of investments.

Brendan is currently a Director of BHA Holdings Pty Ltd, Bylaser Group Pty Ltd and Environmental Technologies Group Pty Ltd.

Brendan spent a number of years as an Executive with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Corporate Advisory, Restructuring, Project Finance and Investment Banking team. During this time, he was involved in a number of prominent Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects, M&A transactions, due diligence assignments and business reviews.

Brendan holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in both Accounting and Economics from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). Brendan is an Associate Member of the Financial Services Institute of Australia (FINSIA) and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
